Marek Juran is a Slovak concert violinist and a member of the first violin section of the Slovak Philharmonic.

Before joining the orchestra in 2024, he performed for four years in the first violin section of the Slovak Radio Symphony Orchestra. His professional experience combines orchestral discipline with a strong solo and chamber-music identity.

He began violin studies at the age of six, later studying at the Conservatory in Bratislava and for eight years at the University of Music and Performing Arts Vienna. He completed his master's degree at the Academy of Performing Arts in Bratislava.

Individual violin lessons shaped by eight years at the University of Music and Performing Arts Vienna and professional European orchestral experience.

Marek works with dedicated students from beginner to advanced level, combining a healthy technical foundation with the sound, phrasing and stylistic discipline of the Central European violin tradition.

Online lessons are available in English or German for students in Japan, Saudi Arabia and worldwide. In-person study in Bratislava or Vienna can be arranged individually.
